4th Grade - Due to our Winter Celebrations this afternoon the afternoon class had GATE on Tuesday. This is what the morning class did today:
They learned that Predilection means a preference for something. Their future thinker was Hank Aaron who broke both ankles, but was still able to break Babe Ruth's home run record. The affective lesson focused on setting goals. Students then had 45 minutes to build their robots. When we return from our Christmas Break, we will write out step by step instructions and send the directions and materials to another Edmond school to see if their students can build something identical to what we made.
Welcome to Washington Irving's Enrichment blog. This blog was designed to keep parents updated as to the activities of students participating in the program.
