2nd Grade - After listening to the book Stevie by John Steptoe, students designed a flower or flag that told the characteristics they looked for in a friend and some of the activities they like to do with their friends.
4th Grade - These students learned that Spry is someone who acts nimble or lively. Their Thinker was Sen. John Glenn who was the first person to orbit the earth and the oldest man to travel into space. Classes worked together to solve the 20 Questions/Mystery Object for the warm up activity. Students then built, tested and evaluated their self-propelled vehicles.
