2nd Grade - For the warm up activity this week, students played 20 Questions in order to identify the Mystery Object. The affective lesson had students again focusing on things they do well. Today they created a storyboard about themselves and what they do well. In Crystal Pond Woods students had to analyze then sort some shapes.
4th Grade - Students in this class had an opportunity to ask 20 Questions to solve the Mystery Object. Their affective lesson focused on Gripe #2 of gifted kids which is "We have to do extra work in school." Students also received tips on how to talk to their teachers when this happens. For the final activity, they completed their inventions, described what the invention was, and how it would help during the pandemic
5th Grade - This class also had the opportunity to ask 20 Questions to solve the Mystery Object. The leadership lesson had students complete an activity then discuss what qualities of leadership they saw while completing the activity. Students finished their inventions, described what the invention was, and how it would help during the pandemic.
