3rd Grade - Each student was given a piece of macaroni for the warm up activity. They had to listen to directions to gain clues to solve the Macaroni Mystery. For the affective lesson, students evaluated where they stand currently with each character of successful people. They then set goals of where they would like to be for characteristic. Finally they completed an evaluation of the program. As students finished their evaluation and goals, they colored each of the six regions of the state of Oklahoma that we will be putting into a map as part of our big Oklahoma project.
4th Grade - This class also had the opportunity to solve the Mystery of the Macaroni for the warm up activity. The rest of class time was spent working on the West Region of the United States which is part of the Regions and Resources project.
