3rd Grade - Today's word was Nefarious which means evil or infamous. The investigator was Steven Spielberg, director of many films. The warm-up activity was Surprise in the Middle. This is a following directions, creativity exercise. In Crystal Pond Woods, students practiced more visual thinking with Max's Fanciful Phrases. We studied the relationship of the environment/habitat with animals. Entomology, the study of bugs, ended our day.
