1st Grade - Their critical thinking activity today had them studying attributes. Students played a game where they leaped across Crystal Pond changing attributes of blocks as they moved. Today's story was Tea for Ruby. The focus of this lesson was the pattern found in all books.
2nd Grade - Due to CoGAT testing, there wasn't a second grade Enrichment class today.
5th Grade - Their vocabulary word was Fauna meaning the animals of a particular region or time. The investigator of the day was Milton Hershey, the founder of Hershey's chocolate. They completed a Surprise in the Middle activity. Codes of Behavior was the focus of the affective lesson. Students then finished their Industrial Revolution essays along with a Lewis and Clark timeline. Those who finished early completed a logic puzzle.
