1st Grade - Students learned that Herbert Hoover, our 31st President and explorer for today, fed 10,000,000 people in Belgium. Students completed fist circle drawings for the warm up activity. While students were eating a snack to celebrate our last Enrichment class for this year, we watched the original Lorax video learning about taking care of the earth.
This was the final scheduled Enrichment class for Washington Irving this year. I look forward to seeing everyone again in August. Have a great summer.
Welcome to Washington Irving's Enrichment blog. This blog was designed to keep parents updated as to the activities of students participating in the program.
