3rd Grade - Today's vocabulary word was Vociferous which means loud and vehement. Winston Churchill, today's explorer, did poorly in grade school but persevered to become a Nobel Prize winner. After completing a Plexer puzzle for the warm-up activity, students were evaluated about their learning from this past year in Enrichment. They quickly reviewed the difference between an archaeologist and a paleontologist then drew a an ancient ship from the articles that were discovered. In Crystal Pond Woods, students used their evaluation skills to critique three different game boards.
