3rd Grade - The word of the day was Ruminate which means to meditate, muse. The explorer was John F. Kennedy, who tried to compete with his older brother. Mr. Kennedy became a hero during WWII when his ship was sinking and he saved his men. Students discovered the Mystery Object for the warm-up activity. In Crystal Pond Woods, students evaluated how they have improved their thinking skills since the beginning of the year. The discovery lesson was on archaeology vs. paleontology.
