4th Grade - Today's vocabulary word was Indignation which means anger, especially over something that's unfair. The ponderer was Albert Einstein who developed the nuclear bomb, but didn't want to see it used on people. A 20 Questions Mystery Object was today's warm up puzzle. Students spent 45 minutes building their Cooperative Creature. The rest of the morning was spent developing the directions to send to another Edmond school who will in turn send us instructions to build another creature.
3rd Grade - Agility, which means to move quickly and easily; nimbleness of body or mind, was today's vocabulary word. Steven Spielberg, who was rejected from the University of California because of poor grades, was today's ponderer. Students tried to figure out the 20 questions Mystery Object for the warm up activity. Max the Magician had students visually thinking with tangram puzzles. The final activity was to listen and discuss chapter three of Call It Courage by Armstrong Sperry.
