1st Grade - The ponderer today was Susan B. Anthony who campaigned for women's rights. Students figured out the items in the What In the World puzzle for the warm-up activity. In Crystal Pond Woods, students compared many items looking or thinking about similarities and differences.
5th Grade - Gregarious, today's vocabulary word, means sociable. Benjamin Franklin, who only had two years of formal schooling was today's ponderer. Students figured out the items in the What In the World puzzle for the warm-up activity. Truth or Consequences was the focus of today's affective lesson. The rest of the afternoon was spent working on essays for the ExploraVision contest.
