3rd Grade - This class was canceled due to testing.
5th Grade - Class was shorter today because of the OCCT testing in the morning. We did learn that Vociferous means loud and vehement.. Today's explorer Alfred Nobel, not only created the Nobel Peace Prize, he also invented dynamite. Students worked together to solve a Quizzle puzzle for the warm up activity. For the Power of 1 lesson, a few students shared their products and what they learned about world hunger. The final activity was to locate cities along the Pacific coast in Asia and North America comparing temperatures.
