Today, I visited regular classrooms with enrichment activities.
Kindergarten and first grade students listened to books where the letters of the alphabet were hidden in the pictures. Students then had the opportunity to turn a letter into part of a picture for themselves.
Third and fifth grade students enjoyed a reader's theatre story that incorporated tangram puzzles. As the story was read, students manipulated the tangram shapes into figures of the story.
