4th Grade - Today students learned that Indignation means anger, especially over something that's unfair. Albert Einstein although he invented the atomic bomb was actually a man of peace. Students listened to directions to draw a Loosen Up picture for the warm up activity. The affective lesson focused on Maslow's Hierarchy of needs which should be met if a student wants to become successful. Each student then drew a picture of what they would like their team's "robot" to look like. Everyone then had to persuade the rest of the team that their ideas was the best "robot" to build. Next week we will build the creatures.
2nd Grade - This class was able to work on math skills with the Prodigy Game.
