2nd Grade - This morning students finished the stories they started yesterday called, "Fingerprints of Greatness."

3rd Grade - All of the third grade classes enjoyed a field trip to the zoo. We will try to make up this class next week.

4th grade - We learned that Benevolent means kind and caring. The weekly thinker was Jimmy Carter who worked with Anwar Sadat (former President of Egypt) and Menachem Begin (former Prime Minister of Israel) to reach a peace agreement. These students worked with partners to complete a drawing of a snake. While one student held the pencil in place, the partner moved the paper around to reached the desired drawing. The affective lesson focused on each students' strengths and weaknesses and how "self talk" can be an encouragement. The rest of class was spent working on Google classroom assignments dealing with Language Systems.
