2nd Grade - During our weekly trip to Crystal Pond Woods, students began labeling a logic elimination grid as a way to solve problems.

3rd Grade - These students learned that the Legislative Branch is the branch of government having the power to make laws; the legislature. Their thinker was Walt Disney who was rejected by the Chicago Tribune but persevered to become a famous cartoonist. For their affective lesson, students had to evaluate how they were doing with the five characteristics of successful people and set goals to improve in those areas. Students completed their logic elimination puzzles they started last wee in Crystal Pond Woods. The final activity was the Relationship lesson where students understood that new situations may help people make personal discoveries.

4th Grade - Fourth graders were enjoying their annual Mad Scientist Day.
