3rd Grade - Today's vocabulary word was Admonish which means a mild cautionary rebuke or warning. Hans Christian Anderson, the author of The Ugly Duckling, was today's investigator. The warm-up activity was a Stories with Holes problem.Students then put together a Code of Conduct/rules for their particular class. Quilt activities and getting to know one another finished the day's activities.
