3rd Grade - Nefarious which means evil, infamous was today's vocabulary word. Today's explorer was Steven Spielberg, who was rejected from film making school. These students solved the Stories with Holes problem which was the warm-up activity. In Crystal Pond Woods, students continued learning about Visual Thinking. Today they had to color a map using only four colors and regions next to each other had to be a different color. Our Relationship lesson explained the words to the Preamble of the Constitution. Finally, the Discovery lesson discussed "supply and demand" as prices went up during the Gold Rush.
