2nd Grade - Today's vocabulary word was Conceal which means to keep from being seen, put out of sight; hidden. Belle Boyd, a southern spy was today's ponderer. Students quickly solved the Stories with Holes mystery for the warm-up activity. The focus of the affective lesson was friendships and what qualities make good friends. In Crystal Pond Woods, students continued developing their Visual Thinking skills by matching special dominoes.
Due to a meeting, the 3rd grade class this afternoon had to be canceled. Our regular schedule will resume next week.
