4th Grade - The vocabulary word of the day was Benign, which means hamrless. Mary McLeod Bethune, a civil rights activist and educator, was today's ponderer. Family traits continued to be the focus of the affective lesson this week. They finished the morning by learning more about electricity.

3rd Grade - Their vocabulary word was Endorse, which means to give approval or support. Lucille Ball, who had to overcome people's opinions of her acting skills, was today's ponderer. Task Commitment was the focus of today's affective lesson.
